Foreword by the author

Dear screen viewer,

this website is a multimedia opus. It contains everything that is possible these days in terms of text, photos, audio and videos. Gone are the days when I had to put down many guitar catalogs in addition to three books on paper. Long live the rainforest.

I would like to show you the many facets of a technology-interested musician named Dieter G., who still loves music, but is increasingly dedicated to the construction and functioning of the abstruse nature of the electric guitar.

The journey begins in 1964, when I received my first guitar lessons, followed by all sorts of interesting insights into my life, work and music from then until today. Along the way, I have taken the liberty of writing about topics such as the carnival in Cadiz, sex & drugs & rock'n'roll, but also travel reports including various restaurant reviews, including much that has since upset me.

I update this website almost daily!
